Dr. Francisco Javier Azar, D.D.S., M.P.H., P.A

Dr. Azar earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery and Master of Public Health degrees from Columbia University.
Dr. Azar completed a General Practice Residency in General Dentistry at Mt. Sinai Medical Center on Miami Beach.
He returned to Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center to complete his Pediatric Dentistry residency.
Dr. Azar was selected Chief Resident.
This position exemplifies professorial qualities such as excellent clinical skills, academic achievement,
compassionate patient care and leadership abilities.
Dr. Azar achieved Board Certification status from the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
He also obtained Board Certifications in Orthodontics (Light Force America, non-specialty), and Implant Dentistry (International Congress of Oral Implantology, non-specialty). Dr. Azar is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
